Shipping & Exchange Policy

As FiadoLabs is a service-based IT company, we do not offer physical product shipping. However, the following policy applies to the delivery of digital services and software solutions.

1. Service Delivery

  • All software solutions, consulting services, and digital products are delivered electronically.
  • Clients will receive access to digital products via email, download links, or our platform.
  • Delivery timelines for projects and services will be communicated during the project agreement phase.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Since our services are digital, exchanges do not apply.
  • If a client experiences issues with the delivered service, they may request modifications or support.
  • In case of any service discrepancies, clients should contact our support team within 90 days of delivery.

3. Failed or Delayed Delivery

  • If a client does not receive their digital service within the agreed timeframe, they must notify us immediately.
  • FiadoLabs is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect client information or technical issues beyond our control.
