Cancellation and Refund

At FiadoLabs, we strive to provide high-quality IT services and solutions. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Service Cancellation
- Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting us via email at [email protected].
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
- Certain services may be subject to a minimum contract period, and early termination fees may apply.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable for services that qualify under our refund policy.
- No refunds will be issued for completed projects or services already delivered.
- If a service has been partially completed, a prorated refund may be issued at the discretion of FiadoLabs.
- Refunds will not be granted for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
- Refunds will be credited through the original payment method.
- Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Customized software development and consultation fees are non-refundable.
- Any third-party service fees paid on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
